I would like to put all of this behind us and move forward instead of wondering what negative post I'm going to see about me today on the forums.

First of all, let's start with a few facts and then I can respond to the various allegations I have seen.

1) I, Edward Troxel, did NOT purchase any URL's related to you and had no knowledge of that action prior to your phone call.

2) Gary Kleiner did purchase two URL's directly related to you.

3) Tim Duncan posted under the alias Byron Taylor on the DMN but there was NO conspiracy. I had no clue he was going to post anything.

4) My post on that thread said NOTHING negative about you or your product.

5) I have repeated attempted to help you gather evidence as needed in the pursuit of your case - even with the possibility that it could be used against me. Remember, I found VASST.NET for you.

6) I have done nothing immoral, illegal, or unethical throughout this entire process.

7) I followed YOUR advice and sought legal counsel to gain control of Excalibur. I succeeded in that task and released a new update removing his name from the product. All of the other updates were already in place as of the time of your call except for live switching.

8) I have NEVER said a bad word about you or your product in any of the forums.

Yes, Gary's actions were unconscionable. From my side, he has already suffered by losing Excalibur. From your side, I don't know what the status is. I am still happy to assist in any case against Gary.

However, Excalibur was not to blame and I was not to blame. Those actions were carried out by Gary and Gary alone.
